This research article examines the state of milk products industry, production of ecologically clean products of domestic agricultural producers, the role of the components of the organizational-economic mechanism in development of cooperation and its place in improving the efficiency of dairy farming, the importance of cooperative forms of management in the functioning of the peasant (farmer) holdings, personal subsidiary plots and individual entrepreneurs.
