The formula of calculation so named price of business by the price of economical effectively of technologic stages of breeding the fish - planting material and good production of the common carp and plants- eating fishes, is presented in this article. The examples of calculation the number of ponds’ square for 1 worker and for 1 elaborator of state - table of ponds - farm, the values of parameters of profitability and norm of profit for 1 worker of ponds farm of South of Kazakhstan for every stage of industrial cycle, are given. Values of parameters of Found of payment the labour for 1 tenghe of the getting profit are presented. Meaning of elaborated method for economy of commercial fish - breeding of Kazakhstan is shown.
