The article investigates the issues of qualification of crimes committed against minors, depending on the characteristics of the objects of the crime. On the example of the study of crimes under Art. 228.1, 230, 230.1 of the criminal code, the authors showed difficulties in determining the composition of the crime-the subject. The authors use criminal and other legislation, materials of judicial practice. Statistical data on the studied problem are presented.
