The development of technology, globalization of markets and increased competition require new approaches to ensuring the effectiveness of the socio-economic development of the state. One of the promising strategic directions in this area is the formation of intellectual capital and professional community, including through the production of experts and the organization of educational business events that contribute to the dissemination of knowledge, improvement of skills and the development of a new generation of professionals capable of solving complex problems and adapting to rapidly changing market conditions. In the context of constant changes in technologies and management practices, educational and expert events act as platforms for the exchange of experience and have a high potential to become catalysts for innovation, increasing competitiveness and economic progress of the state. The object of this study is the production of experts and educational business events as elements of professional capital. The purpose of this study is to characterize the potential impact of producing experts and educational business events on the economic development of the country. To achieve the goal, the following research methods were used: analysis of scientific works, deductive method, system analysis method, situational analysis method. Scientific novelty of the study: the results of the study provide a methodological basis for the formation of proposals to improve the economic stability of the state by optimizing educational policy and human resource development strategies at the national level.
