The article substantiates the need for an active state policy in the field of employment, including the development of economic programs, the analysis of statistical data and the creation of mechanisms for the effective use of labor resources. The author comes to the conclusion that the development of the labor market in Russia should be systematic and comprehensive, requiring interaction between the state, private business and employment services to achieve sustainable socio-economic progress.
