Abstract (English):
In the field of knowledge management (QM), outsourcing is a key tactic for optimizing corporate operations and increasing organizational efficiency. In the context of globalization and the transition to digital technologies, companies are increasingly outsourcing analytical, research, financial and legal services to external experts in order to focus on their key capabilities. Cost savings, access to advanced technologies and knowledge, and the ability to accelerate innovation processes are the main advantages of outsourcing in this area. However, outsourcing requires a careful approach to risk management, choosing reliable partners, and data protection. Countries with advanced software and scientific base are increasingly becoming the main service providers in this area. The knowledge outsourcing market in Russia continues to grow, and its application is expected to expand in the future as a result of the development of digital technologies and the growing demand for creative and skilled workers.
