The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of forming a green competitive strategy for agricultural machinery enterprises in the context of the Russian agro-industrial complex (AIC) transition to a low-carbon economic model. Analyzed the key factors driving the need for ecological reorientation of industry players: tightening climate regulation, transformation of consumer preferences, and pressure on value chains in the AIC. Based on a synthesis of M. Porter's competitive advantage concepts, the resource-based view, and ESG principles, an original model of a "green" strategy for agricultural machinery enterprises is proposed. Strategic directions are identified: low-carbon product innovation, ecological differentiation, and "green" supply chains. It is established that the transition to a low-carbon model is not only an ecological imperative but also a source of sustainable competitive advantage for domestic agricultural machinery manufacturers.
