Today innovations are becoming a key strategic parameter to the development of a company and economy on the whole. Personnel’s innovations are of greater and greater importance. The companies that are seeking to take a leading position need to form up a system of remuneration for innovative activity. The article deals with the issues related to ensuring the conditions and using the principles of stimulation of innovative activity of the personnel in Russian companies.
