The article discusses the main economic and social principles of the formation of motivation and stimulation of labor activity in enterprises. The authors of the article have identified key areas of economic impact on motivation and incentives for staff. The findings indicate the effectiveness of the proposed solutions from an economic and financial point of view.

The article discusses the main economic and social principles of the formation of motivation and stimulation of labor activity in enterprises. The authors of the article have identified key areas of economic impact on motivation and incentives for staff. The findings indicate the effectiveness of the proposed solutions from an economic and financial point of view.
