THE INFLUENCE OF THE APPLICATION OF HIGH ENERGY FODDER ADDITIVE ON THE PERSISTENCE OF LACTATION AND QUALITY OF MILK OF HOLMOGORSKY CATTLE

Abstract (English):
The article presents the materials obtained as a result of scientific and production experience on milking cows of the Kholmogory breed of cattle, which was introduced into the diet of an approved new high-energy fodder additive. The main component of this additive is the product of processing agricultural products. Its introduction into the diet of milking cows allowed to improve the indicators of lactation persistence and milk quality, as well as to increase milk production and reduce the cost of production. The research we are carrying out to study the influence of non-traditional feeds on the productive qualities of animals is aimed at creating a new high-energy feed supplement for cattle with the purpose of compensating protein-mineral deficiency in rations in animals.
