SECURING NEW SPECIALISTS IN COMPANIES: ISSUES AND TRENDS

Abstract (English):
The subject of the article is one of the key technologies of personnel management in modern organizations - the consolidation of new specialists. The problem of consolidation and adaptation of new employees in the organization is not yet sufficiently studied in the theory of personnel management, it is also given unjustifiably little attention in the practice of personnel management in many Russian organizations. The article deals with the concept, essence, stages of consolidation and adaptation of new employees in organizations. The main problems and tendencies in formation of technology of fixing of new employees in the modern organizations are allocated. The empirical base of the study was the study of the system of securing and managing the adaptation of new employees at a number of enterprises in Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk region.
