The article deals with the study of the pedagogical experience, focused on artistic and aesthetic development of the pupils in the DOU in W-is sensitive to the school group determined the key role of the kindergarten, which is in the creation of conditions allowing to form a harmonious, spiritually rich and intellectually developed personality. The first pre-school experience acquired by children in kindergarten, as well as the purposeful work of adults who are able to instill in the child a love for the world around it is a kind of guarantee of the formation of the child’s concepts about the laws of society and the beauty of human relations The author as a result of the study of pedagogical experience aimed at the artistic and aesthetic development of senior preschoolers, revealed the following: as a result of the study of pedagogical experience aimed at the artistic and aesthetic development of senior pupils, the following was revealed: all teachers focus on the subject-but-developing environment and note its role in the effectiveness of the work. It is also noted the need for methodological work with the teacher DOE, as timely consulting work with them allows to improve the effectiveness of work aimed at the artistic and aesthetic development of senior preschoolers. In addition, all the authors of the work believe that the child must be aware of themselves as a person who is open to dialogue with nature, with art, a person ready to take the initiative to find beauty and become a full-fledged citizen of the future.
