5 WAYS PRESERVATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE RELATIONS WITH THE EXISTING CLIENTS BY MEANS OF CRM SYSTEMS

Abstract (English):
In this article importance of preservation of the relations with the existing clients, despite the habitual strategy of the companies more directed to attraction of new is considered. The reasons of priority of such strategy are established and in a counterbalance three reasons explaining benefit from customer focus on the customers who are already cooperating with the company are designated. 5 ways of preservation and maintenance of the relations with the existing clients by means of Customer Relationship Management System for the purpose of fast and effective maximizing profit are offered.
