Abstract (English):
The ongoing digitalization has revealed new business models called "digital platforms". The purpose of this article is to review the definitions of digital platforms found in the scientific works of domestic authors, as well as an overview of their various classifications. This task is an important step in the development of a scientific approach to digital platforms, as it will allow tracking and comparing future changes in the theoretical apparatus of this category of products, which will manifest themselves as a result of the active practical use of digital platforms. The research methods used were the analysis of scientific articles by domestic authors, the method of comparison and classification. As a result, 2 groups of definitions of the entity "digital platform" were obtained, and the most common classifications of digital platforms were identified. In addition, a look at the place of digital platforms in the value chain according to M. Porter was given.
