ECONOMIC JUSTIFICATION FOR THE USE OF CARBONATE-CONTAINING CEMENT COMPOSITIONS TO REDUCE THE COST OF REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF BUILDINGS
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article discusses the economic aspects of the use of carbonate-containing cement compositions to reduce the cost of repair and maintenance of buildings. The study focuses on the durability and increased resistance of such materials to aggressive external influences, which makes it possible to reduce the frequency of repairs and improve the operational characteristics of buildings. The analysis of the cost of using carbonate-containing cements in comparison with traditional building materials is given, taking into account their impact on the life cycle of structures. The conclusion is made about a significant reduction in maintenance costs due to an increase in the service life of structures and a reduction in the need for frequent repairs.
