The requirement to include information on the types of permitted use (VRI) of premises in the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN) is based on the provisions of the Law on State Registration of Real Estate. The main idea of this study is to study this requirement using the example of built-in rooms in apartment buildings (MCD). Within the framework of this study, a comparative analysis of the compliance of the actual VRI of the built-in premises in the MCD with the permitted VRI eliminated in the design documentation before the introduction of the requirement was carried out. Since regulatory legal acts do not describe the procedure for changing the VRI of non-residential premises without developing design documentation, this study suggests a solution to the problem by developing a list of VRI for them, as well as regulatory mechanisms aimed at including information about the actual VRI of the built-in MCD premises in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities without the need to develop design documentation for premises that do not require renovation and redevelopment.
