The article is devoted to the development and description of a model for managing stakeholder interaction in the process of creating digital educational innovations at a university. Digital educational innovations are becoming an integral part of the modern educational process. They improve the quality of education, make it more accessible and interactive. However, the creation of such innovations requires an integrated approach to managing the interaction of all interested parties (stakeholders). The model describes the stages of identifying stakeholders, their classification according to the Mitchell model, and the stage of developing a concept for interaction with stakeholders to prevent conflicts of interest
