The residential real estate market today is an important part of the country's economy, as it is gaining popularity as an investment instrument not only among investors, but also among ordinary citizens. Programs of preferential mortgages have contributed to the growth of prices for both new objects and objects of the secondary market. Thanks to the program of state support for young families, many citizens have acquired their own housing for living. Analysis of the real estate market helps to determine the direction of the market in the future. This article analyzes the secondary real estate of Chkalovsky district of Yekaterinburg. Information on real estate objects was selected from the sites of services for housing search and real estate sales. The available infrastructure of the district was analyzed. To analyze the cost of residential real estate, calculations were made for 8 neighborhoods: Botanic, Uktus, Elizavet, Vtorchermet, Khimmash, Rudny, Gornoshchitsky, Solnechny.
