The real estate market is of constant relevance, both for investors, builders, lawyers, and for ordinary citizens who need their own housing to live in. The analysis of the real estate market makes it possible to assess the effectiveness of government support measures and the impact of changes in the central bank's key rate on consumer demand in this segment. Information on real estate objects was selected from the sites of Avito and Domclick, services for housing search and real estate sale. To analyze the dynamics of the price per square meter of residential real estate in the Oktyabrsky district of Yekaterinburg, calculations were made for a time period of six months in 2024.
